Those who have been in space have all food items precooked or processed which don’t require refrigeration therefore I could not give a straightforward answer to this question at this time, perhaps in the future.♥

Good question. You may want to email your question to NASA to have them ask the astronauts in the space station. I think they probably don't bring real eggs. I have a hard enough time cracking those eggs on terra ferma. They're eggs are probably either powdered eggs or stored in a bag without the shell. Also, they probably have Tang for their beverage.

You will need at least air pressure and above freezing temp for the eggs to remain in one piece!
