join clubs or sports at your school to find other students with similar interests.

a smile would help.at frist find people who r open study body language.U have to build up ur ownconfidence pratice in a mirro study ur own face and body language,and never look down or away from people.Just be pleasant they will find u.I was shy myself and i found these tatics work.

im shy too. lol well i have gotten a little better with my "shyness". i found it helpful if you just talk to people. but you should join a club or something

join a sports team or some kind or extracirricular activity. i joined cross country and i made a ton of friends!
