why can't i watch vidios and whats the help page for this problem ?

I have run into this problem a few times both at Yahoo and CNN.com. My problem was with my firewall / popup blocker. I had to change the settings on my firewall in order to get the video to work. You might try that.

can't watch videos on you r VCR? Or DVD"S on your PC? check in the helpmenue for the PC.
For the VCR check the booklet that came with it
