Explain the feelings that you have for them. here are some guidelines you can follow
1. Explain what you feel for this guy
2. Explain why you feel that way
3. What you hope he will feel back and what you hope to gain from a relationship from him
Don't forget to close off the letter with something interesting (a sticker, some sort of scent, etc.)

In a letter? I'd just say start by being good friends, and work up to it... get to know him, and find out if he feels the same way- approach with caution, though. Or, if you're good enough friends, just comeout with it. just depends on what kinda guy he is. Good luck. and God bless.

Sure, if he's a thousand miles away. But if he's close, he would much prefer to hear it from your lips.
How else, will you be able to see that smile on his face, and get that great big hug, he'll want to give you.
We all love being told, by someone, that they like us, so tell him so, and give both of you a treat.
