My boyfriend of 3yrs is hell bent on believing that ive cheated or am cheating on him with a female!!
Ive had it done to me in the past (cheating) and it wasnt nice, i love him with all my heart and would never do such a thing to him!!
We have 2 kids together and i wanna spend the rest of my life with him, ive told him this but still doesnt seem to help!
Ive been where i say ive been and he thinks ive been elsewhere!!
How do i get him to believe me!! And trust me again!!?

counseling is a suggestion. I know how exhausting it can be for the opposite sex to not trust you. You have to have Trust in a relationship or you will be called a Liar in any situation you get faced with. No Trust, No relationship. Not a healthy, one that you want with this man who is also the father of your children.

Maybe it's not you who is doing anything wrong. From what you said it sounds like he has major trust issues. Sit him down and bring it up-tell him he needs to learn how to trust you because you're NOT cheating or spending time with other woman (or men). Let him know if he doesn't ease up on the accusations you might not stay around.
And do just that! Don't stick with him if he demands answers from you when you're always telling him the truth!

sounds like 1 of 2 things to me:
1. he thinks he has some evidence of you cheating on him
2. he's looking for an easy out

maybe you should write him a letter to express how you feel until he calms down and will talk to you more rationally.

Sit him down and tell him you guys need to have a serious talk.
tell him you love him.
and maybe spend more time with him or leave your cell phone on so he can always know where you are if he wants.
but let him know that if he wants the relationship to work he needs to be able to trust you and if you wanted to leave him you would have done it already!

hope it works out for you.

ok sweetie see it could be that he is the one cheating and trying to ease his guilt by blaming it on you. Or he could be hinting around for a 3some. i personally would turn the tables on him a little just to see where his head is at.

you said you didn't cheat, that should be enough and he should trust you. but if he is accusing you of cheating you may want to watch out because he may be cheating on you.

time and being completly honest all the time
dont get mad at him when he asks where u are going..it will only make it harder for him
its not easy for people to regain trust
im sure he loves you sooo much but give it time and one day it will be okay

If he still don't trust you, that is his own insecurity issue. Not your problem. Just don't give him a reason to NOT trust you.

All you can do is continue to tell the truth. And stay calm.
