Any suggestions for training for these challenges? Recommendations for a good training plan over the next 5 months?

Starting there are 3 hills on of them is called heartbreak hill, that and it's usually warm since this marathon starts at Noon.www.runnersworld.com has some excellent marathon training programs but you should be familiar with training since you had to do another marathon to qualify for Boston

Heartbreak hill is the toughest part just keep running for training if you are from ethiopia than you might have a chance at winning but give yourself alot of credit for doing this event.Being from Boston the worst thing you could do is buy new sneakers for this event keep your old ones to run in.
