THe buttons on my mates phone aren't working

Try Sungei Wang Plaza just off Bukit Bintang. They have loads of phone places and should be able to help. If you don't have any joy there, go to KL Plaza on Bukit Bintang - it's the one by the taxi rank with the Coffee Bean outside. Still no joy, then head to Hok Choon Supermarket on Jalan Ampang - there used to be a place upstairs that did that sort of thing.

What phone? House phone? Mobile phone?
Try Sungie Wang. Or perhaps call the make of the phone?
Or better still, just get a new phone.

almost every Mall has phone shops in the basements just go to one of them I usually go to the ones with the prettiest girls probably not the right reason but something nice to look at while they are fixing the phone

There are plenty of phone stores in lot 10 that will do it and for those of you who haven't been to KL its a large shopping centre in the centre of KL.
