The commercials on the radio and on TV are EXTREMELY misleading!! Proposition 90 is the save OUR homes initiative. Protect the "American Dream" and the right of home ownership by voting "YES" on 90!! :o)

i think that we have a similar thing on our ballot here in florida. i think it will easily pass.

No. I don't support prop 90 because eminent domain already has checks and balances in the court system and all property owenrs facing zoning restrictions. Prop 90 is supported by land developers and farmers who want to sell out to have miles and miles more of tract homes in the burbs and not because of any real abuse of eminent domain.

The opponents are throwing a lot of crap at us, and I worry that 90 won't pass. My own city is trying to "eminent domain" whole sections of the older parts of town, so they can "improve" it. I hope the voters will look past the crap, and vote YES.
