Get more minutes on your phone. Then call them. I'm sure you can make a good impression on someone if you tried to. Just look at how many people you impress with just a picture or your legs. Do you have a script made up for this conversation? Have you written down all the points you want to make? Have you given enough time for the person to respond or are you going to talk all the time? Have you spoken with this person in the past?
Just the way my brain thinks sometimes. Hope it helps.
