I signed a mediation agreement 22 months ago on a property agreement to settle a dispute. After survey he is not happy with the outcome and the lawyers are trying to get me to change the agreement. I disagree and want to keep the agreement as it stands. Am I right? To disagree. I have to go to court tomorrow.
The lawyer I hired is now trying to make me give the other party more land than he is entitled to and I have to meet with him before-hand. I feel that he is not looking out for my interests.

my suggestion to you is to call the court, or rather you should have called the court to reajourn this situation. If your lawyer is trying to get you to give more then he is not in your best interest you can get another lawyers opinion but be careful of them cause they are all in the same circus ring together.
