I like it. I think that best describes my life. The problem is I'm running out of
new things to try.

This thought is like "Glass half empty or half full" philosophy. The attitude of the person is, predominantly , the deciding factor.Ultimately people want to improve upon themselves constantly. This improvement comes from learning from the mistakes ( what I have been bad at) . Or it can also come from the fact that he has been good at learning to do this better ( I have been able to know more)
There is small dividing line between the two but the objective of the exercise is the same.

What about sex? Imagine "I have found out that I'm bad at sex, so I'm going to stop doing it". Naa, don't thinks so.
I think a better philosophy for life is: "Search for an answer to the purpose of your existance, until you find it" (of course, your search should allow you to "live" a normal life as well; I mean, do not become obsessed).
I suggest you start reading the Bible for a good answer. Don't hear the critics full of prejudice that say the Bible is not inspired by God, instead, investigate if it is. I suggest the following website for this purpose: http://www.answersingenesis.org
Good luck!!

No. If your motto or philosophy is at it's core in the negative, you will live your life in the negative. you should instead focus on your gifts, what you have to offer, and slowly work your way down the list of things you'd like to do better. decide whether or not you can work at them, and if not, make peace with it.
a good philosophy of life would be to find out how you can become a true person in a community of people.

Not a good one! I'll rather be more positive and persistent - what you're bad at, learn through the mistakes and make it right. With enough attempts, we'll be there someday. Being bad at just means that we have not found the correct way to do it yet.

Oh, yeah, you know, I'm really bad at school, so I'm gonna drop out of school.
Or, I'm really bad at life, so I'm gonna stop living. And just hope that I'm doing the right thing.

Not really...
Constantly deciding to give up because you can't do something isn't a good way to live your life. (in my opinion)
If you are 'Bad' at something, as long as you tried you hardest at succeding thats what counts!
