what you do is look them square in the eye... lean real close... scream a long string of curses at the tip of their nose and then headbutt them in the forehead. once they're down, ramble away like a gorilla.
no one would ever expect it.

when their insulting you look at their butt and when they say "what the hell are you doing" just say "sorry i cant tell your a$$ from your face! they look so much alike!!!"
