Roller Coaster? If that's what you mean then I would have to say any and all at Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay, FL. Especially their newest ride SheiKra with the 200ft vertical drop at the very beginning, but before you drop you get held for about 4seconds looking straight down at the ground (talk about scary).

coaster? are you talking about a roller coaster? If so....I would have to say there are a few awesome one at Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay (Sheikra, Montu, Kumba, Gwazi) along with one at Islands of Adventure in Orlando (the Hulk)
