not effective at all. two of us tried them at same time to see if they worked for one of us. didnt work not even on a temp basis.
Best thing for temp increase is a cream called largo, just follow instruction for about a week. Mines was and inch longer and thicker. after a few days of not using cream you go back to normal.
Other than that a pump is the best if you can persevere with it.

don't waste your money for this. None of them are working! might be a little bit when you are taking them and then going back to normal size.

be happy with what you got. all research I ever saw says they don't work. learn how to wave the wand you got. it ain't going to get much better than it is.

I believe the only thing they enlarge are the pocket books of the vendors.
