Why might be the place to start. Do you find it inadequate or have made him feel it's not enough? Other than tying something heavy on one end, I really don't know how this is accomplished. Is enough blood flow getting to the entire organ?

the only real way for him to lengthen anything is to have surgery. He can speak to a plastic surgeon..and this will not be covered by your health insurance. Other than that he will just have to learn to live with it.

as far as I know, he doesn't, just make sure he knows you love and appreciate it as is, and he won't have any reason to want to make it longer
