It says that Tom Sawyer lived in the 19th century,.is it true or false?

How many body traded with Tom to whitewash the fence?
What are they?

When Tom came how late, the author said the aunt Polly has "fire in the eyes" what does that mean?

PLEASE HELP ME I ONLY HAVE 2 HOURS TO SOLVE THESE

Tom Sawyer was a fictional orphan who lived in the mind of the great Mark Twain ( Samuel Clemmens ).

I really can't recall how many kids he goaded into white washing that fence but, oh was he persuasive.

As far as Aunt Polly's fire in the eyes well I guess you could say "she was seeing red".

the first i believe is false (not sure)

the seconds is three i think, dont know they names as i read the book two years ago.

The last answer i think the author meant that she was very very angru.
