Are there any cell phones out there that allow you to record a person's voice and use it as a ringtone?

My friend has a Razr phone - I recorded my voice, made Mp3's, and then he got the hardware and software for the phone and put the voice on there. Sounds good!

i have a cell phone that does it.. i just record.. then change my ringtone to the recording.

I have an LG CU320 and it does it.
