I can't give you the exact percentage, but i know that,Jamaica has a population of 2,700,000 Kingston, the capital more than 800,000 inhabitants, that should include St,Andrew as Kingston is only 22 km.Portmore is a municipality of some 350,000.and Montego bay would be close to over 250,000.other major town would have populations between 80,000 and 100,000(would only be 1or 2,like Spanish town or Mandeville)
I would put it at 45%,approx.
