ooo this is a tough one. its hard to tell ya know, girls like to flirt just to flirt sometimes, but thats not the point. heres whatcha gotta be thinkin: she likes me, if she doesnt then i'l lshow her how great of a guy i am and then she'll like me!
so from there heres some tips:
listen to her when she talks
(this is sooooo important if u listen then u know what she likes)
change your style of flirting
(instead of just joking around with eachother or somethin give or make her something special, preferably somethin u listened to her saying she likes)
always leave her wanting more
(try to end on a good note, if u got her laughing and having fun, make ur get away! u want the last thing she remebers about you to be somethin good

If you do like her too, i think from what you trying to say, she does seem to like you. But seeing you want the view of a girl, here goes:
You said all girls flirt. Let me tell you that you're completely wrong. Not all girls flirt...in fact...less than half the population do.
if she don't like you, i don't see the reason to make you think that she is interested to you.
The girl you mentioned does seem to like you. She makes it more than obvious by what you tell here.
That's wise in my opinion. Don't get too caught up by the signals that she gives you because they are just signals. The best thing to do right now is be yourself and honestly figure out your true feelings for her.
If you really like her as well try to tell her your feeling to get the actuall result from her.
