I've seen it, been in it, and even got grounded for spooking my little brother in it, but as far as my spookyness radar could detect, got nothing paranormal.
This site might be of some interest, though. If you can take it as not being a load of BS. You have to weave through a lot of fakes before you find someone who *might* be sincere.

no, noone has ever had a bad time in lake tahoe, think about it, everyone who has gone there in the past 200 years has either loved the mountains or loves to ski, or in the past 25 years loves to board...and no the owners never had a pet lion, there is no way that a lion(who is from africa, which means 110+ degrees every day) could live in or near tahoe

I stayed there back in the 80's, I don't recall it being haunted.
