Its not stated, but since Naruto is the main character, he will probably become Hokage. Because Sasuke is the sort of main character (because they follow his life just as much as they follow Naruto's) he will probably kill Itachi and Orochimaru and then become an ANBU.
Or..Sasuke could become DA EBEL and kill Itachi, Orochimaru, Sakura, Kakashi and Sai. But thats probably not likely..

No trusedale is hokage for as long as the manga goes on.
Naruto never goes past genin. Sasuke works as a jonin for orochimaru. So no and yes.

Nobody can posibly know because if it's after the manga it does not count as being naruto unless it is like in a separate manga that only exists in an alternate universe O_O
