All of the children who stayed on the Titanic died, so the answer is none.

I don't believe that they made a count of how many children survived. All I could say that there could very well be mutiple children ranging from 1-17. Although you do see on news about survivors of the Titanic when they are around 90 or so these days.

18 and under there was 105 out of 712 surviors
