Hell freaken yeah I miss climbing trees. My neighbors used to have a tree in their backyard that had a big branch in particular extending outward. Climbing it was really fun because the tree trunk was a little slanted, therefore I had to run towards it really fast and gain some momentum. When I finally got up there, it was the best feeling ever. I felt very free. It was kind of weird because even though I was afraid of heights, it was kind of an adventurous challenge physically and mentally, and I was still able to do it over and over again. Also, this was the place where I had tried my first cigarette. All by myself i litted it up and started smoking. The higher I climbed the more fun it was.

Yes! I loved to climb trees and was about 30 when I last climbed to the top of a tamarac and bent it to the ground. I wasn't able to do it well and was very clumsy at it.

What I miss more than climbing tree, is that incredible lightness of being that I had when I was younger. I've gained a lot of weight and the poor tree would suffer too much if I did it today.

I loved climbing trees and was the best at it between the ages of 9 and 15...I was fifteen and still climbing trees to get on the roof of my house! I remember I jumped off the roof of my house on to my first boy friend and knocked him to the ground...I was a rough little tom boy. I still do things like that if I wouldn't break all the tree limbs...I've gotta losed weight!!! If I jumped on my boyfriend like that today, I'd kill him!

Yep, I sure do miss climbing trees.

I love trees, but I cannot remember the last time I climbed one (too many years ago). My favorite tree that I climbed as a child was an old magnolia tree that topped the house. I would climb to the very top of it and hide when I knew I was going to be in trouble. I learned to do skin o' cats on the branch of a dogwood tree. Such fun and simple days!

The last time i climbed a tree was over thirty two years ago. Times have changed. there ain't no more trees to climb in my area. it's an offence to climb trees in the park. My weight doesn't allow me to climb small trees.

Actually, I had been missing my tree climbing days when my father called me out to climb up his neighbor's tree and pull down the dead limbs from a recent storm. I don't miss those days much anymore. BTW, I'm fiercely frightened of being higher than five feet in the air. =P

I liked climbing trees, but I didn't like trying to get down from them. Once when I was little I stayed on the limb for like an hour before I got up the nerve to jump down. That was like 40 years ago.
