I tipped $20 since it was complimentary.

Depending on how many people are in the limo, if the driver helps you with your luggage (if you have any)....etc, etc....I would say at least $10-$20

Agree. If airport shuttle. at least $10 - More if there are drinks in the ice box and you helped yourself to them.
