They are mushrooms grown in cow turd. It's supposed to have a LSD (acid) effect.
I have never had the desire to try them during my experimental time of my life, because I hate mushrooms as it is, and the thought of eating mushrooms is bad enough but some grown in cow turd is a horrible thought.
