A friend is someone you can trust, laugh with, talk to. Someone who is there for you when you need it, someone who is honest with you, wants the best for you.
A friend is NOT someone who will hurt you, back-stab you, lie to you, or flake on you.
That's my opinion..

Someone who listens to you, likes you, defends you, and sometimes may follow you around. they also feel down when you are feeling down. You rarely get them. Some just act like a friend to take advantage of you. For ex., my friend used to only be my friend to boss me around and tell me to me stay upstairs at school and do her mp3's for her instead of letting me eat lunch. i tried to teach her, but she said no, you do it. such a lazy biyotch! She is gone now, so i'm happy. I never liked her anyway.

my opinion of a friend is when they are always there for you and when your going through a hard time they are there for you NO MATTER WHAT!! that's my opinion of a great friend

a true friend is someone that doesnt want anything you have, only your friendship...true friends can find pleasure in just being together not doing anything in particular and enjoying it...
