Yes. Some teen movies portray it beautifully when they show the old quarterback from the small town. He's generally balding with a mullet, wearing his letterman jacket and drinking brown-bagged booze. Granted, thats a bit extreme, but all the same. It can be BAD.

If you live too deeply in the past yes. It's okay to reminisce and to long for the good old days, as long as you live in the present and plan for the future.

Definitely! People can really get caught up in the past. It was good, maybe it was great, but you can't live on memories forever, people need to get out there and make a exciting life for themselves. The past, is just that , past.

Oh yes. If you live your life in the past, how can you enjoy the present? It is nice to look back occasionally, but if you do it too often you miss out on your life - and your life is now :)

definitly yes...like when you try to do some major housecleaning and you cant seem to throw ANYTHING away cuz it all means something...lol or when a certain song comes on and you get all depressed cuz the time that it r eminds you of is over..=0( im waaaaaayyyy 2 sentimental...lol
