Hmmm. What an interesting concept; making yoru man (or any man) erect simply by offering a foot massage. But since I am not aware of such a spot, I can only sggest you have every man you know take off his shoes and see if you can discover this one.

I don't think guys need a pressure point to get an erection,touch us anywhere on the body and it will happen.

of all the answers I have seen....please let me lend you a BETTER answer...yes, there is a pressure point, and YES, it is on the ball of the foot...(the sciatic nerve) is located there....massaging it/rubbing just might produce an erection merely because it stimulates the whole body/being...lol

i don't know but a doctor can check a man prostate gland area and push something inside there which can cause him to shot a load with a soft pewinkle.

Not that I've found. But, every guy is different in what turns them on. Don't forget some guys have foot fetishes... I don't quite understand them, but if it works... :-)
