The best thing you can do would be to contact the nearest authourized service center for your brand of stereo and see if they have one on hand. Sometimes they get decks in that are not repairable and keep some the parts around. Otherwise if you have the manual from it look for a contact number for the manufacturer and see if you can buy a new one from them.

Since they stole the face you still have the rest including the serial number. Now if you have proof of purchase and time to contact the manufacturer you maybe able to get a new face.

Doubt you will find one. People who steal radios usually only end up with the radio and no face plate so the manufactures don't like to reward theives by makeing the missing piece readily available.
