Cheyenne and Van are the couple you are talking about. And the baby is often around. They talk about her quite a bit. Her name is Elizabeth.

shows do that all the time - have a baby for a story line, but once the baby is born it's not much of a story - I think in Reba the baby, Elizabeth, is sleeping or at school all the time - you never see Barbara Jean's baby Henry either - maybe they are sleeping together!

Barbara Jean and Brock have Henry and Van and Cheyenne have Elizabeth. Most of the time Reba has Elizabeth and I have only seen Henry once. They are always saying they are taking a nap.

Well, Cheyenne and Van had their baby (a girl, I believe), and Barbara Jean and Brock had their baby (named Jesus or something... or maybe that was a joke)... I haven't watched the show in the while, so perhaps you can clarify exactly which couple you're thinking of?

She is at preschool or sleeping. They have to get around the child labor laws.
