the only way I would believe in ghosts is if they knocked on my front door, and arrived with a delicious apple pie. No, ghosts are just silly things people make up.

Yes. I have seen ghosts, felt their presence. One of my close friends is a medium. She has been helping ghosts "over" since she was a small child. I feel bad for her though, because her childhood home happened to be over an Indian Burial ground XD. You can imagine the fear you would feel as each night, the spirits would sit outside her door, communicating with her. She says she has seen the spirits of cats and dogs, but she doesn't really know about other animals. Personally, I am more of a "feel or see the ghost's aura" rather than their physical form. I see colors, of emotion. Red, black, green. But I lived for a short while, across from a farmhouse. My neighborhood was built on top of the fields and my house was right across from the original thing. One day, I was sitting on my bed, when I felt like time stopped. Everything went quiet, there was this sound, of air rushing, but it was warm, rather than the expected cold. It was like a summer breeze and at the time it happened, it was winter so you can imagine my surprise. In the middle of the short lived gust, a man, in brown trousers and a worn faded blue cotton-jean shirt walked with wide strides, past my very knees, about three inches from me. The lights were off, but for him, it must have been bright out because he was surrounded by yellow sun light. In a second, he was gone, straight through my dresser and out the wall. It was the most detailed experience I have had, and I never saw him again. It was very strange.

OH yes i do.Why cant some of these TV programmes make a real ghost programme with a person that has an ability to find real spirits and ghosts,not in places that are known to have them .so predictable,come on someone make one.
AND why do people assume ghosts only are there at night because they are around all of the time you only notice them at night .

If one believes in souls and the spirit essence of humanity, then ghosts could be spirits tapped on earth for a multitude of reasons.
Another explanation is that the energy involved in a tragic event leaves a residue of activity that is not an individual spirit but only a
"rerun" of the past event.
I have seen spirits but, I have no proof to convince you or any others.

I absolutely believe in ghosts. My family line has a tendency to be able to 'see them' although they aren't in physical form. I can describe in perfect detail everything about each and every one I have seen. I especially like the ones who come to me to give messages to other people. I love how they appear in old-fashioned clothing or hairstyles. It's like talking to a picture. One actually sat on the side of my bed and shook me awake (shook the corner of the bed or my unconscious, not sure which). She was worried (with great reason) about her granddaughter who was at that moment attempting suicide. So, yes, I have no choice but to believe. Her granddaughter lived and was impressed that her grandmother loved her enough to find someone who could 'see' and 'hear' the message and save her.

Yes. I think ghoststs are real. One time when I was a kid I was in my basemant all alone and I saw something kinda yellow and white bye my CD rack and I think it was my guardian angel or a ghost. I think they are real. I am still not sure till this day if it was a ghost or just a light in my basement.Even if it was a light I still believe in ghosts.

I an what is referred to as an open-minded skeptic. I do not believe totally because I have not had a personal experience or seen the evidence that can make me believe. However, I would like to have both.

I totally believe. I can feel it when one is near. I get really cold, and the hair on the back of my neck stands up, You know that feeling. I also have younger cousins that have came to my grandmother and told them about some women who was hurting in the back yard and we would look for her. no one there. When I asked her about it, she said that her grandmother passed away in the back yard and was hurting in the same place when she died, as the kids said that she had a boo-boo. No one ever told them about it before, how else would they know. Kids are more understanding than adults about ghosts. but I know they are there, I just wish that I could talk to them.

Absolutely know ghosts exist, I've had several experiences over the years. A sceptic is only ever sceptical til they see one, suddenly they believe too.

Yes: I've seen one in a French Chalet when I was about 4 years old: a man kept walking through my wall, past my bed, and out the other wall.. too young to be scared though.
