Yes. Sometimes the moment's pleasure isn't worth the awful consequences. But it's like can you regret love? Is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all. Its all a bit complicated and you just can't know. I think you can regret it and love it at the same time. Weird.

you can regret that it didn't last longer, you can regret that you were too drunk and should not have done it, you can regret it for your loss of control....etc... sure BUT don't...learn from it and proceed from there!
