windshield whippers not working 1976 dodge van manual states cir cut breaker. where is it?

The circuit breaker is located in the fuses box. On older Dodge Vans the fuse box is located in the glove box

It could be under passenger side dash, or built inside dash. Or under hood.

**not sure with older style vans**

he is right and it looks like a little metal box a little bit bigger than a normal fuse
