Gotta say I HATE FAMILY GUY!!! I have loved the simpsons since Tracey Ullman til today. I tried to Family Guy and have to say it is the stupidest, trashiest, crapiest peice of crap on TV!!! And what a copy of the Simpsons. Blue pants white shirt Hmmmmmm....what so you guys think???

I love Family Guy. Your just bitter because family guy is the new simpsons of the 21st century, because the simpsons is getting old and tired. (its older then me). Also family guy pushes the boundaries more, which the Simpsons don't as much.
I know that the creators of the shows don't like each other, and you see the opposition in the cartoons. I was watching one simpsons ep the other day on halloween, and it was from a couple of years back. In one scene there was all these clones of Homer, except two. One was the original homer from the Tracey Ullman show, and the other was Peter Griffin.
Then on family guy, one of the openings which wasn't done in the normal style was the final opening scene of the Simpsons, except Stewie runs him over, and then Peter opens the door and aks who was that guy?
Of course they would be similar because they are based on the average american nuclear family, and similarities would happen.

Simpsons, Family Guy is just a rip off of the The Simpsons just put the clues together 1 stupid dad, 1 worried wife, 1 son, 1 daughter, 1 baby, 1 dog its basically the same thing except the Simpsons are better

The Simpson's are the best. The early episodes of Family Guy are okay. But anymore they go to far..So long as the simpson's are on t.v. i'll be watching it.

The Simpsons definitely. I just don't find Family Guy very funny at all.

The Simpsons is AWESOME!!! It's the best thing to ever find it's way onto television. It will always be a classic and will always be my favorite show.
It's just so hilarious on every level! Family Guy is funny, but it has to resort to lude, crude, often sexual, jokes. FG is already on the decline.

I love both shows, but if I had to choose one, The Simpsons. I have been watching that show way longer and its just funny.

I personally don't like family guy either but i did like the boomdocks and i still wonder why they stop airing the show but did you see the picture of the simpsons before the show pictures if you give me your email i can email dem to you

My friends love FG. Although i've only seen a few episodes of it, i think i can safely say im not a fan.
For me the simpsons is way better - no matter how many times i see the episodes, i still think theyre great.
