Who knows what the song in the Law & Order: CI/SVU commercial on USA is called?

Anyone? I love hearing it but I don't know what it's called! The commercial was for the new seasons this year on NBC, but I saw it played on USA network. Thanks!

It is actually called Law and Order. It was written by Mike Post.
