War is rarely good.
BUT--good effects are removing an warmongering dictator, better trade, freeing enslaved people, etc. Making the world safer.
Bad effects(and there are many), is the human cost in death, the financial cost, destruction. War debt that will be burden future generations, suffering.
The bad outweigh the good in a war. So much death and chaos. We should ban war!

There are no good points to war, from either side. Burnt, bullet riddled bodys, mans inhumanity to man. These things all lead the world down hill.
