Keep your personal relationships personal. The only contact you need to have with him is in regard to your child. It's not his business what you do outside of caring for his child. Don't discuss anything in front of him, and don't bring your new bf for pick ups and drop offs.

I can definitely relate, although I don't have a child w/ my ex, he has a problem w/ me seeing other men. The truth of the matter is that he has no control of who you see in ur spare time. For u to ask what u should do, shows that u are letting him have control. Don't miss out on meeting others b/c of him. Believe me he isn't thinking twice about ur feelings when he steps out and date. Do u girl, lol. But really it is time for u to move on and I wish u the best. Tell him to back off and if he wants a civilized relationship w/u he will understand.

It is very noble of you to try to remain civil after the breakup of the relationship. However, it is over and he has to allow you to move on. If you're truly afraid of this man, get a restraining order and have a liason of the court to act as go between for visits with the child. Even though your intentions are very sincere, you have to do what is in the best interest for you and your child.

as soon as he finds someone else to control, he will be out of your hair, hopefully for good. we live in a country where we are not supposed to be afraid of anybody, maybe you need a restraining order, don't worry about being civil to him for the sake of the kid, sounds like for the sake of the kid you should stay away from him and keep him away from you till he calms down. good luck.

Tell him if you can't be friends then then you won't. Guys are so stupid and selfish when they cheat on you and lie to you and hurt you then you finally get tired of it and dump them and still for the sake of the kids you want to be friends but no they want more than just friends and want there cake and eat it too there crazy I have the same problem with my daughters father and it makes me mad.

Tell him that you don't want any trouble and if he causes trouble you will have his A$$ locked up If you let this guy run over you and run your life then you might as well go back to him He does what he wants to and expects you to do what he wants you to do Tell this Jerk how it is going to be and move on

if its real serious then just dont let him know when ur goin out and he wont know. and dont bring the guy to ur house alot becaue u dont know if ya baby daddy might show up one day. but if u dont wanna hide the fact u have another man then just sit him down and let him know nicely so he wont be all tempered and so he can be a lil more understanding.

Simple Tell him how you feel.Dont let him hold you back be a women and stand up to him.But if you feel bad and dont want to tell him these things, let him get jealous it shows he may still have feelings for you. Just trust me.You do what your heart tells you or he may take advantage.HURRY!!!!!
