mashed potatoes and gravy... last year i made roasted garlic mashed potatoes..it was good! and SO easy.. just drizzle olive oil on some peeled garlic cloves.... wrap in foil and bake... when u take them out they will be really soft, and u just mix it in w/ the potatoes (and butter too!)

stuffing.. i like stove top or mrs. cubbinson :)

rice pilaf.. like rice-a-roni..very easy and tasty

salad? potato salad? creamed corn? good luck~

Stuffing/dressing is a given. We always have mashed potatoes, broccoli and rice casserole, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes (yuck!), garden salad, fresh rolls. Then we add other things that are new and/or different like marinated salad (pick your veggies and marinade in Italian [not creamy kind] dressing for several hours in the fridge), cranberry relish, and other recipes that we have found through out the year that we want to try.

Good luck and have a happy Thanksgiving.

Stuffing! I love plain sage dressing! Cranberries, spinich with bacon, roasted veggies, specialty olives and pickles. We serve an easy punch- ginger ale and pineapple juice-this is refreshing.
