Do not drink a lot of Pepto Bismol. Drink lots of fluids, but just a few sips at a time...it probably is a flu bug or maybe you ate something very, very bad for you. Unless you get a raging fever it could take a few more days to feel better. Best you stick to chicken soup and crackers till you are feeling better. NO MILK or CHEESE or fried or heavy foods until you are much, better. Wait at least 2 or 3 days to eat stuff like that (after you are better) and just drink and try to get all that stuff out of your system.

It could very well be a bug but if it doesn't go away in the next one to two days then let your mum know-or if your nervous or stressed often that is a side effect of it. If this is the case try taking a relaxing bath or deep breathing...sorry if this doesn't help. Feel better soon

Well Sweetie, usually a mother knows. If your mom is caring and loves you and not on drugs or alcohol. I can't imagine her not having your best interest in mind. However you are the one that is sick. Therefore I would go to your mom and tell her your fears, concerns, and that you would like for her to take you to the doctor. I hope this helps, in the meantime. Don't push solid food, if you have a virus, take things slowly, eat ice, if able to keep the ice down, then progress to chicken broth, rice, yogurt, toast, ice cream, juices, coke, saltine crackers. Get plenty of rest and maintain adequate fluid intake, something as simple as sucking on ice can help to recover from versus. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

It could be just a bug or virus, but it's not usually safe to just wait it out. The sooner you find out what it is, the better off you'll be.

Unless you're Mom is negligent....she probably knows what she's talking about.

What you can do is ask her to get your some OTC medication to help you feel better.....if it's the bug you just have to let it run it's course.

go to the school nurse and see what she has to say. and maybe she can point u in the right direction. ur mom is being rather foolish not taking u to a dr if u have been complaining this long and i ahve to assume she has no insurance or money but that is what clinics and the hrs is for.

are you vomitimg?
is the pain so bad it knocks you off your feet?
