NOT Baking Soda....BORIC ACID!!! Put it round the entire perimeter of the Apartment especially heavy near heat registers, and water pipes, it keeps new infestations out.
TUPPERWARE all your dry food in the cabinets, and sprinkle the boric acid at the very backs of the cabinets.
Dog and cat food should be left down only as long as they are eating, and then picked up for the day.
Wash as much of your trash as you can, egg shells, cat/dog food cans,soup cans, etc
That is for roaches, water bugs...I don';t know, I live in Massachusetts not Florida

i called the exterminator on roaches that came in when we got a rent to own refrigerator. It cost 125 dollars, they baited the roaches and got rid of them, came back and rebaited just in case, and gave me a 4 month guarantee after the rebaiting, all for the 125. It worked 100%

I don't have them, but I think roach motels, insecticides, borax, etc........would work a lot better.
