If your a law firm voting democratic makes it easier to sue people since the democrats always remove roadblocks to frivous lawsuits. Both poltical parties have there interest groups feeding them money. Blue-Dog labor Democrats are not too bad, but the West coast libreal nanniesn I dont care for. Repubican party is closer to society on soical issuses. The democrats would win more votes if they are for banning Gay Marriage, banning Abortions, and stop helping out law-firms in frivous lawsuits, and being pro-gun.

I think the main reason that I will vote democratic in this election is to try and restore checks and balance to the government, we have had none for the last 6 years and it is not working out very well.
