Not everyone has them, and they have nothing to do with not having sex or ejaculations; your body reabsorbs unspent ejaculate. Wet dreams are caused by horny subconscious thoughts, you might not even remember them and just wake up wet. Some guys have them, most guys don't.
A lot of guys who claim to have wet dreams did the deed before they went to sleep, and got caught in the morning--or they got so far they leaked after they fell asleep.

I'd say it depends on who often you jacked or had sex. If you did it often it prob wouldn't take that long to have one.
It also would have to depend on how sexual aroused you are during the day and before you go to sleep.
