I am upgrading my 2005 FLHTCI to vance and hines 2 into 1 HS pro pipes and Arlen Hess air cleaner. Which would work better, Dyno Jet Power Commander or Vance and Hines Fuel Pak ???

You are right on with the Vance and Hines 2 into 1!!!! I would go with the power commander. They have a great track record.

I just went thru this same issue. Here's what I did.
1.K&N Life time air filter
2.Fuel Pak
3.Exhaust on the link below

All the maping information for setting the fuel pak yourself are in the box.

The power commander needs a download from the internet to a lap top, then you plug it into the power commander on the bike.
The fuel pak is very simple to use, has 19 settings, just like setting a clock.

Power Commander is the way to go. A lot more adjustment to tune in your bike.
