such as glucose, water, NaCl, KOH, ect...
if not, can someone help me how to determine their color??

KOH (potassium hydroxide)
AgNO3 (silver (1) nitrate)
Sr(NO3)2 (strontium nitrate)
CH3 COOH (acetate)
NaOH (sodium hydroxide)
HCl (hydrochloric acid)
H2O (water)
NaCl (sodium chloride)
CuSO4 (copper (||) sulfate)
C6H12O6 (glucose)

It is mainly metals that produce colors in flame tests. So, compounds like glucose, and water aren't going to produce any color if the test is done right. I Googled "flame test" and found this site which has the colors and the spectra of the flame tests on a whole lot of different metal and metal ion containing things:
