Bcuz, that's probably why I think it is illegal. It seems as if some people get the songs but they don't pay them in return.

itunes is good.
i think napster allows legal downloads for a nominal fee per song or album. I could be wrong there.
search on the net for it if these don't work for you.

or..
pay (credit card)
to itunes..
then convert into mp3 file?
