I changed from Wanadoo to Virgin on a special offer 2 years ago and have found them excellent. If you need to phone them for any reason they are really helpful and it won't cost the earth as they have a rule to phone back if call takes longer than 10 mins ( I had a slight problem with initial broadband connection, but it was to do with bt, not virgin). I have a faster connection speed than I'm meant to also and there's no limit on how long I'm online.

I have been with virgin for 4 years and never had any major problems. i think the sim only plan is a very good offer, and thinking of getting it myself....however i cannot get the free broadband as i believe it is only for BT customers :(
