i dont know how 2 write a business dialouge between offical and client about any thing that happened just wrong as(delay in delivring cds) plzzzzz got finish it ..thx xxxxx

Write it as a script, like below...

Official: Yes sir, may I assist you?
Client: I called 20x about my delivery!

From the customer's point of view state what went wrong, why it bothered you, and what you want from them (a refund, free pizza next time, whatever). From the manager's point of view, keep in mind that the customer is always right and you want the customer to come back and not call the company, so apologize, say waht you'll do to avoid having the problem again, and offer compensation.
