Since 'brand new' usually means several months at the most, you have one of 2 problems:
Either the float signaling the 'high water alarm' has either stuck, is not adjusted properly or the board is sending you a false alarm OR your new septic system was installed into a field line that either has an obstruction (doubtful) or the ground around and under the field line isn't percolating (percolate - the ability to allow fluids to seep into the ground).
However, even if you have been constantly flushing the toilets, running the dishwasher and washing the clothes, it's doubtful you really have a high water problem.
Of course, check it. However, pray for a signal problem for you really don't want it to be a high water problem.
Hint: The chances are the new installation comes with an implied warranty from the installer. Call them. They'll probably have you going in less than 30 minutes.

I never heard of a high water alarm in a septic tank are you sure its the septic tank and not the sump pump? If it is the septic, I would call the installer

contact a septic tank company and have your tank pumped.... it may be new but u may also have a problem with your drainfield causing the tank to fill faster than it should... its possible that the float devices that sounds the alarm may be hung up on some debris causing the alarm to sound. septic company will be able to help u with this problem... dont call a plumber cause they will not be able to pump the tank and it will be money wasted... good luck

You probably have a septic system, different than a tank. Eather the pump isn't working , the drain is plugged or if you have recently goten a lot of rain it might have backed up into the system.

I've rented numerous times. If an alarm was going off at all hours and I made every attempt to call and communicate my next call would be that I am deducting $50 from the rent every time that alarm disturbs me, and that he will be receiving reduced rent checks until the problem is fixed. If you are using your cell to call him, make sure you keep your statements showing everytime you dialed his number over the last six months as proof of trying to resolve the issue.

Call the installer, I am sure that a BRAND NEW SYSTEM is not that full.
BUT....What do you call Brand New??? One year? two years?New can be relevant. So it might be time to pump. But DO call your installer.
If it was me, I would just pop the cover and see if it is full to the top! for my own peace of mind, If it isn't then flush away, and call the INSTALLER. if it is full, either the leach field is not working or your family is really full of SH@#$%^&*()_!!!!!
Kidding. POP the tank lid, before you flush, then call the company NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You may want to have it pumped out. I would give it a few days and see if the ground will absorb the water.
