On the October 26th edition of TNA iMPACT!, an emotional Jeff Jarrett discussed about going home & stepping away from the TNA spotlight after he lost the NWA World Heavyweight Championship to Sting at Bound for Glory 2006. He also wished Sting a successful title reign, but warned him to "be careful what he wished for." Is this the last of Jeff Jarrett we will ever see again?

I have heard the " Im going home" speech before, When Dean Malenko lost a series of matches to Chris Jericho in 1998, Mean Gene Okerlund asked him after the match " Where does Dean Malenko go from here?" Malenko stated " Home, Im going home" Malenko took time off and I suspect that Jarret will do the same. In the old days of wrestling I would have said beware of any masked men suddenly appearing but things were better and different in those days. Incidentally if you go to the financial page of TNA you will see Jeff's name listed as Vice President of the company. So even thoug h we may not see his face, we will still see his influence

I dont think he will retire but he will be taking some time off. you have to remember he started that co from scratch and has been champion for a long time he needs a break. I would think now that they have signed angle he can finally take a break,
