Plan B...anyone ever use the morning after pill within the 72 hour timeline and it not work?

I have not ever taken it, but I have heard of this happening--it was brought up during an interview on the topic (long story). Plan B is not 100% effective. If you are worried, definitely take a pregnancy test, and if it is positive, see an OB/GYN for advice. Good luck!

Plan B will only stop an egg from fertilizing, but if the egg has already fertilized by the time that you took the pill, you are out of luck. It is possible to take Plan B and still end up pregnant. Plan B is not a guarantee.
